Please use a variation of the email templates found below to introduce the Check21.com team to your banks Treasury Management Officer(s). Please ensure your Point of Contact at Check21.com is CC'd on all emails to the bank related to the services listed below.

X9 Email Template (Used for Check Scanning Only)

(NAME OF TREASURY MANAGEMENT OFFICER),

I've CC'd the Check21.com team on this email. We will be using Check21.com's Check Scanning solution to automate our Accounts Receivable process. In order to utilize the solution, we will need the following bank services:

Direct Connect - Ability to connect via SFTP, FTPS, or FTP to the financial institution.
X9/ICL (Image Cash Letter Service) - Ability to upload X9.37 (Check21) Image Cash Letter files for processing to the financial institution via Direct Connect.
Optional** - Returns Service - Ability to download any check returns (i.e. NSF's, Account Closed, etc.) files via Direct Connect or email services.

If you can communicate with both us and the Check21.com team as we establish these services, it would be greatly appreciated.
