Our Organization

Founded in 2009, Check21.com LLC provides organizations with Document Management, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable automation solutions. In addition to the vast array of automation functions and in contrast with its competitors, Check21.com serves as a pipeline between its clients and their financial institution. This ensures that our clients benefit from faster payment settlement and clearance times, lower fees, and in every instance, the ease of account/bank reconciliation.

As an organization, we recognize that our most valuable assets are our team members. Without their knowledge, experience, and creativity, our ability to grow with our clients and partners would not be feasible. They have been a leading factor in our success as a financial technology company, especially as we make deeper inroads within the Salesforce platform.

Important Updates

In the mid-to-late 2nd Quarter of 2022, Check21.com LLC will grow its product offering by incorporating credit cards and batch wire transfer capabilities. In doing so, Check21.com intends to become a unified payment platform, shifting from its sole focus of offering ACH, Canadian EFT, and Check technology. With this effort, after 11 years, a decision has been made to re-brand ourselves under our new name, Payology.io. As such, our users will notice drastic improvements to technology, marketing, and sales material.
